Right of withdrawal for individuals
For individuals that do not use our products commercially, a money-back guarantee applies. If you wish to claim the money-back guarantee, you should do so within 14 days after receiving the item. It is only then that you will have the opportunity to look for a replacement item or opt for a refund of the amount paid. After 14 days this warranty will expire. You can only claim a refund of the full purchase amount if you return the product unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. The shipping costs for returning items are at your own costs.

You cannot use the right of withdrawal if:

  • you have tried to repair a defect,
  • the item is damaged,
  • the instruction manual and/or instructions were not (properly) followed,
  • you have not used the product for which it is intended,
  • you used the item for commercial purposes.

Light Battle Active is a toy and is not designed for commercial applications. For example: if you rent out Light Battle Active products (business or private), then you are not using the products for their intended purpose and, therefore, any possible warranty will be void.

Business customers, foundations, associations, rental by individuals and other non private use
Light Battle is widely used for commercial purposes such as laser tag rental. The Battle Light products are not designed for this application. For this reason, this group of customers can only make a warranty claim in case of a clear manufacturing fault or defect up to 7 days after delivery. You are required to file a report through our Service Desk within 7 days of delivery of the article. All defects reported after 7 days of delivery are excluded from the guarantee.

Liability
EU Shopping Network is not liable for any direct or indirect damage after delivery, for whatever reason (for example, by careless and/or improper use of the products), to the purchaser, to the affairs of the purchaser, to third parties or to the affairs of third parties. EU Shopping Network remains liable for the loss or damage of shipped items up to delivery. If, during delivery, it is very clear that there is transport damage then we advise you to refuse the delivery. This way, you are always assured of the accurate delivery of your ordered items.
